Returns Policy

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 14 days after receipt and with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made against the Credit or Debit Card used in the original purchase of the goods.

Exclusions:

Goods must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed.

For hygiene reasons, Boxer Shorts may only be returned if unused and must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Please do not return these goods if you have opened them. This will save the embarrassment of having a credit refused. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

Complete the Returns Form clearly indicating the reason for your return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a copy of the Returns Form. Attach the Returns Label and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Foster Barry cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied goods, or goods subject to an Order Cancellation. You must return the goods, together with their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s). Please note: We must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more than an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for despatch of exchanged goods.
